ok i have this guy friend and i dont think hes shy but i have a feeling he likes this girl but wont tell her what can i do to help?

Ok, well.. find out if he does like the girl, if he won't say then idk, you can't really do anything about that if you don't exactly know. But if he does like her, ask around maybe? find out if that girl likes him too.
