does anyone know how to make a backround image on a layout move? or if theres like a program to make the image move thats free and download-able will rate 5s for anythingg

Use an animated image as the background. Find one that you like on Google or make your own animations.

Some animation programs that you can download:

The GIMP ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)) - this one has a lot of other interesting functions, and it's free too.
GIF Construction Set Professional ([Link](Mouse over link to see full location)) - this one is specifically for making animations. I think it's easier to use than the GIMP, but this is shareware. You get a 30-day trial though.
