Hi,
There is this one girl from my school and sh keeps spreading awful rumours about me. like yesterday she told everyone i have lice and the day before she told this total nerd i liked him. I know i shouldnt stoop down to her level, but she makes me so mad. Can you please help me.

Ok...I'll give this a go. You're right you don't want to stoop down to her level, so you simply (no matter how hard it may seem) just take it as long as you can. If you retaliate and spread rumors about her then when a superior or parent finds out, your squeaky clean and they'll be stuck with the consequences.
