Anyone have tips for it? Some sites with cool codes or something?

I will do what was done on family guy and give a 'compliment sandwich'

A compliment- Your counter is in a good position.

Where you need improvement- On a 56k modem, your site would take too friggin long to load up, your site hurts my eyes, there are no icons on your site, your fishing for compliments with your marquee in the top-left corner, there are ads on your page and no information, your body tag has a background color AND a background image.

Another compliment- The 'crater1' comment tag made me smile!
