I dont know how you can go out with someone without talking but maybe start off with what do you like to do, where you from, what do you want in a guy/girl. etc?

Just talk about what happened that day, sports, movies you like, music you like, ask him questions to find out things about him. It'll come much easier the more you talk to him.. so don't stress over it. :)
