14/F I seem to get pimples on my back. I hate them allot if I wear a low cut shirt in the back the show. but the thing I am worried about is that at school we a formul dances when we have to wear nice dresses but all the dresses come like rite above you butt so my pimples show and my hair is always pulled up because me hair looks bad if it is down so is there any thing like cleanser I can use to get red of the pimples on my back asap I will rate 5 if you actually try to help

Hey omg I used to have pimples on mya face..it wa ssoo gross. I use this clenser every night and in just a few weeks they were gone and if you use it everynight they stay gone. its called neutrogena clenser they sell it at the cvs with NO prescripton. You cant get rid of them over night, but my stuff works VERY Well it takes a few weeks to get them completely gone but in just a week or less they are faded and small. It may take less I dont knwo the exact amount of time, but after that they keep your skin BEAUTIFUL!!! Also dont worry people LOVE you for YOU not because of the way you look! much love

my brother gets those alotttt. but he used this stuff called benzyl peroxide (5%) and it's a little tube you can get at wal-mart or the grocery stor for like 6 or 7 bucks. and you put it on three times a day until it clears up. it works wonders, i'm telling you. it works for face acne too.

Hey, Don't Worry i get them too. Its just puberty. What you have to do is make sure you're washing your back, every day, or every other day. I sugguest using Netrogena products like face washes, body scrubs, you can find them at your local drug store. Also make sure you get one of those scrubs with the handles, maybe called a back scrubber, i think. You can find them in bath product/beauty isles in your drug store. You have to scrub your back every day and after you're done scrubbing and washing, try using Clearasil Pimple Medication. Rub it on your back or have your mom do it if you can't reach the spots.

this really does work. if your acne is like really serious though, then your docter can prescribe you medicine that will for sure work for you.

umm you can get proactive but tht cost like alot of money but there is this thing that is the exact same thing that you can get at walmart or target calledacne free and it comes with a cleanser lotion adn mostirizer and a thing for black heads thats what i use you can use it on your face back and chest
