When you put that crap on your eyes, you look like a whore. I'm not saying that automatically makes you a whore, but it's still part of a whore uniform.
If you do use it, try to use as little as possible.

megaeyes cream eyeshadow. it's wet n wild brand. get the "iced out color" it is so shimmery and just pretty, and it doesn't come off unless you get it wet. here's a picture and they have all different colors, but i would reccomend the "iced out" also they have eyeliner shimmer sticks in these too. here's a picture of what i'm talking about though.

you need non rub off make up. it doesn't even have to be expensive either. like some places such as JC penny er Macy's have good make up but it's too expensive. try cvs, eckard, etc. if you go to bath&body works, in the mall er w/e, they have glitter rollers that its clear glitter & you can put it right over the make up itself & it'll stay & won't rub off. it looks pretty natural & sparkles for a while. if you need stores er anything try google.
