for athletes who have had stress. this is gonna be lengthy. i'm a sophomore and i made varsity field hockey this year along with another sophomore. she played mid and i play forward. when she played mid we were pretty evenly talented. then one day coach moved her to forward and thats where my year went down the toliet. she played 50 minutes/60 and i was lucky to even get in the game for 2 minutes and mainly just played JV. i was stressed the whole season about this and the whole situation. so now the seasons over so my stress is gone until i have to start thinking about next season. oh wait. thats now because coach recommended us for a special winter league and shes so excited to do it and i was to but i dont know if i can becuase i have winter track. if she does it and i dont shell get better and be coaches favorite and all of that. but winter track is important to me and i love it. im not going to quit it for this. but if i do both my grades will fall and ill be stressed and itll be a tight schedule. what should i do? ive cried over this too long.

is there spring track? at my high school, its fall field hockey and spring track so if there is then do winter league then do track in the spring. don't try doing both. do whatever you want the most. if i had to choose, i would do field hockey. <3 ]
