Fingering help

Question Posted Wednesday November 16 2005, 2:33 pm

Okay, I know that I'm probably not even suppose to ask this kind of question on here. But I really need some advice, so hopefully it'll be okay!! Well my boyfriend has tried fingering me like twice and it hasn't been successful yet because everytime when he gets his finger to a certain point, it hurts really badly, so I tell him to stop. I HATE PAIN! Now, I've never wore tampons and I've never fingered my own self. So we both talked about this & we figured out that it's probably my hymen and it hasn't been "stretched" or whatnot yet, so it's hurting and in order for him to finger me properly, he has to stretch my hymen and I have to deal with the pain, correct? Just so you know, he understand that it hurts and he hasn't tried FORCING his fingers in me or anything like that. Also, could me being sort of nervous make my muscles tense up and make it hurt worse? Anyway, is this really what the problem is.. my hymen? If so.. what can I or HE do to make this experience better and less painful? Thank you!!

You don't have a problem with your hymen, it's completely normal for it not to have been stretched. It's ok to be nervous about this-there will be some pain. One way to stretch your hymen a little bit is to stick your finger inside your vag***, and move it from side to side. Have your boyfriend do this! This way, you won't necessarily tear your hymen open, but gently stretch it. Do this for about 15 minutes every night you see him-within a month or so you'll probably have a big improvemnt. Hope I helped! :)

yeah. it probably is that your hymen isnt stretched out and it really doesnt help that your nervous when your nervous about something like that your muscles do tense up. you just have to relax i've had it done to me, the first time killed but then after that it was ok.

hope i helped!
