There's a guy at school I like and I'm afraid to talk to him because I get nervous when I talk to a guy I like.He hasn't said one word to me at all this year and i want to talk to him (I'm too shy to). I need help and advice,PLEASE!(I'm 14)

i used to be really shy too when i was your age. but once you get the confidence to start talking to the guy you like, you will be more open in the future. If you know one of his friends, then talk to them first to try to get to the guy you like. b/c you might be more comfortable talking to his friends. try to get his sn - b/c thats more easier to talk to. Or just give him smiles in the hallway letting him know you notice him.

naimee answered Tuesday November 15 2005, 11:48 pm: Well when I started talking to people when I moved. I just complimented them! Like, maybe if he has a nice pair of shoes, pants, or a shirt. Compliment it. Like for example, if he has a "Britney Spears" shirt on, you can like say: Oh I love your shirt. Britney Spears is like my idol! :):) I'm the shyest person, EVER. So, it takes a lot of time. So, just take it slow. Maybe one day you can compliment his outfit, and then just smile at him for the next few days. Then a week later, say something like..
