You both like each other! What most people want but cannot have. Are you going to wait for him to step up and ask you out or are you going to ask him out? If you are going to ask him out then just go up to him and ask him WANA GO TO THE MOVIES WITH ME ON SATURDAY? And if he doesn't have plans, he should say YES. If he's more of a SHY person, then invite a friend so he doesn't feel so shy. IF YOU NEED MORE ADVICE, POST SOME MORE!!!
If you don't know him that well, then just say that it isn't a date, but a way for both of you to get to know each other.
