Cell phones..sorry I didnt know where to put it

Im going to buy myself a pay as you go phone, and I was wondering if I got this perticular phone, if I could use any brand phone card (like an at&t phone card)

if you have t-mobile then you have to get a t-mobile card kuz t-mobile only supports t-mobile..lol.
