arms & legs

Question Posted Friday November 11 2005, 11:33 pm

I am not a big girl...16 years old, 110 pounds, 5 foot 4, but I am not small either. I am pretty happy with my body, but my arms & legs seem to have some extra flab. I am not fat...they just seem large to me. How can I get skinnier arms & legs? I do not want them to be very muscular necessarily, just skinnier. Do you know any exercises or anything else to help me get skinnier arms and legs?

There's no REAL exercises that you can do to get rid of extra-largeness on specific parts of your body. But, what you can do is stretch and strengthen your muscles on your arms and legs, that way, the muscle becomes toned and you're more likely to lose the unwanted weight from there!
Best of luck!

I think that muscle training/weight training or whatever you call it could work, because it might turn the flab stuff into muscle, and just generally make you more fit.
