Why not either talk to her or give her a note stating that you want to be moved because of the distraction but you don't want to be by yourself. Be straight with him/her and maybe he'll/she'll understand!
G'luck!

Ok, let me get this straight - you sit next to guys that make you laugh, and that gets you in trouble and most obviously you dont want that...so from my point of vieew, you should be doin anything you can to 'redeem' yourself. If you dont want to sit alone, thats a sign you're not serious about school - you aren't going to laugh and play around - though I know it can be hard not to space out when you sit alone. So first of all, just ask your teacher to sit you in the middle or something, next to quieter people so you wont space out, and tell her to make you sit alone if you make noise - its fair. Good luck.
