hey...i read your column all the time! your great at giving advice.. i was wondering if you have any ideas for me loosing weight? im not very energetic and i dont do alot of sports cuz i hate them...so do you have any suggestions? im not fat.. but i would like to loose about a stone.. thnx

hey, thanks a lot! well, im kind of in that situation right now myself. if your usually on the couch all the time, slowly build up on how long of a workout you do. try doing some stretches then warming up with a walk/run around your neighborhood. that should get your energy up. (once you get going, you won't want to stop!) then do some situps and pushups or bring out a tae bo or pilates tape and do it in the comfort of your living room. its not all about excersize however. eat smaller portions (don't cut back DRASTICALLY...just eat what you need tobe satisfied then stop), cut back on the junk food and don't sit around all day. hope that helps! good luck! <3 ]
