Some of the main aspects are making sure that everyone within the industrial site is trained to use the equipment that they use, that they have the correct safety equipment (this could be goggles, gloves, almost definitely safety boots, high-visibility jackets etc)
Knowing who the first aider is, knowing what to do in the event of a fire and stuff like that.
It all depends on the site that you are talking about as some of them have very different health and safety policies to others.
