Itunes trouble


Question Posted Tuesday November 8 2005, 6:31 pm

hey guys i have a question about itunes. so i was trying to download itunes 6 and after i do it say please reinstall...i have done this about 6 times and i get this message every time. what should i do i have tried restarting my computer...that is what brought on the problem.

you probably should call the apple customer service line. the number is on the apple site.

if it's not letting you, it might be because of the version of your computer you have. some itunes wont let you upgrade with certain versions or whatever.
