yyup. it is true. only if you drink it a lot though. for example, if you play sports and you drink it at all of the practices and games, a lot of sugar is gonna build up.

all you can do is if she has a cell, call her. if she has aim, go on and talk to her all the time. you could also try emailing or writing letters. this recently happened to me, but not with a best friend, so i kinda know how you feel.
