im kinda cluless about sex and all the meanings like that one person about orgasm, what are like a lot of the terms you no..please i feel soo left out wen my friends (maybe you) talk aboutt this stuff and i dont no what they are and i always feel soo left out...me and my mom have a bad past and i cant turn to anyone but you because you dont no who i am and i feel wierd asking people....PLEASE ANSWER ME SERIOUSLEY

mondays and wednesdays- do a cardio workout and go for a run
thursdays and tuesdays and saturdays- do conditioning, like after school go to a weight room and like lift and things like for vball conditioning thats what we do and you really get toned and yeahh and for a diet, just try to eat 3 meals a day healthy ones and drink as much water as you can!=)
