What are some techniques on how to do a backflip? I really want good advice. What are some good techniques/excersises which I can do at my own house, which does NOT have a trampoline:(. What else?

These two things are similar to backflips and I believe they involve the same muscles and stuff. I'm sure if you went to the YMCA or another gym the proper equipment would be available to you for backflips and you might be able to get lessons. Good luck and I hope you learn how to do backflips because they're really cool! [ sizzlinmandolin's advice column | Ask sizzlinmandolin A Question ]
