Some women just have problems using tampons. I would suggest trying a slimfit tampon with a plastic applicator. Also, try to relax. If you're at all tense, your body tenses inside too. If you still can't use a slimfit, I would give it a while before trying again.

it depend how you are putting in the tampon and what tamopn try playtes slim fits regular also if you still cant do it try to go to a doctor and also stick it in up right
