If the reason is insignificant or if there really is no reason, maybe she's having problems at home/school/relationships/etc, and she doesn't know how to talk about them, so instead she lashes out at you. If that's the case, you need to tell her you understand that she's going through a difficult time, and you're open to talk about it, but you do not appreciate being the scapegoat.
Maybe she's just plain mean. If that's the case, you need to pick better friends!
