do moderators get to see questions ask to one person.

Only Level 2 and Level 3 Moderators can see who is asking the questions around here. And that is done for safety reasons. There are only 16 Level 2 and Level 3 Moderators, combined, out of over 10,000 columnists. So, unless you plan on asking for help on something insanely harmful and/or illegal, you shouldn't have anything to worrie about. (:

Yes, but there's only sixteen moderators who can, since they are Level II and III moderators.
