Be spontaneous, just go up and dance with them! If you are a little shy, start some small talk before hand. No worries. Also, the good thing about clubs is that if someone doesn't want to dance with you, you shouldn't be embaressed because you can't even see them in the dark.

"Hi, my name is (insert here) I noticed you from the corner of my eye and thought you have great moves. With you mind teaching me some of those dance steps? I would love to dance with you if you don't mind that is." She will certainly like that better than the idea of some random guy trying to pick her up. As for asking guys it's simple "Wanna dance?" That works on us girls look for sincerity and no to be treated as eye candy.

Well if I saw I really hot guy at a club I would just start to talk to him for a little bit. if you seem to like him and you sense that he dosen't think you are reatared or anything (I am not saying you are) then ask if he wants to dance. If he says no say this "Ummm. . . I think you heard me wrong, I said you look fat in those pants. Ha ha I hope i helped! "D Drop me one in my bow telling me if it works!
