me and my boyfriend have been argueing and everytime we argue he says really hurtful things for fuck off is one of them, what should i do?

Hiya,
If I were you the best thing to do when in the middle of an argument and he says "Fuck Off" is walk away.
If someone says something like that to you then my guess is that they are really angry and you won't get anything resolved between the 2 of you while one or both of you are angry or upset.
If he asks where you are going when you walk away then calmly say to him that you don't want to speak to him while he is in this frame of mind and tell him to give you a call or text when he's calmed down.
This way it gives him time to think about what he's done and that he's upset you and the majority of the time he'll apologise!
