Since I just recently answered a question just like this, I'm going to tell you exactly that same answer... and then I'll say a little more.
"The way you make out is to kiss for a long period of time. There is no certain way to do this. Whatever way feels comfortable is the way you should do it. No one's advice will really help you, as you need to find what suits you. Everyones kissing style is different compared to others. Personally, when I'm "making out" I'd rather be laying down or standing up, as sitting in chairs could be rather uncomfortable. I like to put my arms around the guys neck (laying down) or grasped on his shirt to pull me/him closer (standing up). The actual MAKING OUT is the kissing style you use - and everyones is different. Just put your mouth against his, and if he puts his tongue in your mouth (and you want him to, lol) masage his with your own. Little circlular motions are nice. I hope I helped a bit. =]"
Circular motions are different than in&out. In and out is when you just move your tongue into his mouth, and then back out into yours. Circular you're pretty much having your tongue in his mouth most of the time and you're moving your tongue in circulation motions around his tongue.
