Ok, I read the little question requirements and this wasnt on there. I like this guy and I dont know if he likes me. 2 weeks ago he was dumped by his last gf. Since then he has been really really sweet to me. Like if I am cold he will give up his jacket, he comes in my classes in passing period and says hey to me. He risks being late to Football just so he can talk to me in the hall. A bunch of people say that he likes me, but I just dont know!!! Does he like me? And if so then why hasnt he asked me out yet??? THANKS!!!

It's quite possible. I'd say be careful though, he could just be looking for someone because he recently got dumped. If he hasn't been all upset and emo about his breakup, then you should be able to look forward to something good. I'm sure he'll ask you out soon.
