Making Layouts

Ok I really want to make a layout site but I have a really BIG problem. I don't know how 2 make them. I've been to some sites that help w/ changing the colors but I want to know how to make my own! Could u give me an easy way to learn so I can make a site?!

Alright, first are you talking for xanga? second. it's easy!! you just need to find a code, you can IM me and ask me for that and i will give you one ... and then u fill in colors, your first ones will not be good. but IM me and i will be able to explain it a lot more!! my screen name is ..
