I purchased a black 5GB zen micro from the Discovery store 2 months ago. I went to charge the battery yesterday and after a few hours I went back and it didn't charge at all. So I check the connection and all that and it seemed fine. But it wouldn't turn on. The only way it would even light up is if I took out the battery then put it back in. But now it won't even do that. So my question is: Is my battery completly dead or am I doing something wrong. Also should this be covered under warranty since I got it less than 2 months ago. Where can i even get a battery without having to send my Micro out somewhere
pootietang answered Tuesday October 25 2005, 4:09 pm: you should go to the place where you bought the zen micro from [unless its from like walmart or target] and ask someone who works there whats wrong. they should have an answer and will replace it with a new one if theres something wrong with yours. keep in mind to bring the zen micro with you to the store so that they can possibly find out whats going on.
