Halloween Costumes

I cannot think of anything to be!! I was thinking gangster, and i was going to wear a plain white hat, a HUGE black tee, big pants, and i was going to take of the shoe laces on my shoes. If you have any suggestions on a halloween costume PLEASE TELL ME!!
P.S. Please give me details on how i would look i will rate high if you do, if you dont detail i rate low
