It's the lengthened version of the word ME.

I really don't understand why they put an H at the end... They try so hard to shorten everything by putting U instead of you, r insead of are, wut instead of what, etc. Now, adding an H to me would just be pointless because, they're trying to shorten their words anyway. It's just a contradiction. They are stupid (: xo

It can mean, me.
Or, it could mean that it was really dull.

Like.

You love meh. [Some people think it's cool to put an h on the end of me, just like (yah)]

Or.

My day was meh. [Like, eh - just dull nothing important.]

This could also be an expression of boredom, indifference, or incredulence.

Examples:

"So how was school today?"
"...meh."

"What do you think of this new haircut?"
"Meh, it's ok."

"I got the new kick-ass System of a Down album and you haven't!"
"MEH!"
