I have switched schools alot and i make alot of friends. so my friend is getting jelous that i made new friends and she is starting to hate me. i wat to stay friends with both but to do that i will loose my best friend. what do i do

Your friend needs to relize that you will make more new friends, and that doesn't mean you won't like her less. If it's to hard to choose what to do stay with the friend(s) that you like and that like you back. Don't let anyone decide who should be your friend(s). Choosing your friends is your choice, not your other friend's.
