my mouse pointer keeps flashing with the timer next to it . how do i fox it ! rate 5's !

most likely it means that your computer has some process in the backgrounds that it is doing, close all your programs and wait a few minutes, if that doesnt work reset your computer, if that doesnt work you have a serious problem
