I have this friend that i talk 2 ,but he lives in louisiana and i live in Texas i cant talk 2 him becuz it is long distance. What do i do?

Well I don't have a lot of information to work with on this one, but I'll give it a try. If there is absolutely no way you can talk to him over the phone, then I'm not sure that I can really help. But if you can get in touch with him just once, get his address and mail him! Or just wait until one of you gets long distance available on your phone or gets a cell phone, hehe.
