There's this guy friend I've liked for more than a year, and he just broke up with his g/f! Should I ask him out or wait a little bit? If I should ever ask him out, what the hell do I say?

Wait. If you ask now, it will seem like you stole him from the last girl. He also still is not over her. Wait for about 2 months.
And when you ask him out, just say something like "Would you like to make me the happiest girl ever?" or something... Something to hint at it...
