its not that shes mean to me...its that she basically ignores me unless she has no one to talk to. so shes basically ditched me for more popular friends and only talks to me when, i guess, she doesn't wants to be seen w/o n e one to talk to

well if she does that, then she seems like a really low friend to be using you as a backup. and if this happend repeadily then i wouldnt bother giving her a second chance. it seems that she has been really mean to you and you deserve much better then a blow off frienship.
