Hey I asked this one person if I could babysit for her at the begining of last summer. She said she would call me when she needed me, but she has never called me. Should I go back over there and ask her again?

No, that would be considered rude. If I were you I would forget about her and ask totally different people. It is obvious she doesn't want your help. Sorry, better luck next time.
