ok i really really REALLY wanna lose the weith in my stomach inner thighs fingers lol and upper arms what are some things i can do....exercisies diet any thing thanks!!!
lilnosy1 answered Friday October 14 2005, 10:31 pm: every day eat a healthy sized portion of food, and exercize (light stretches working up to slightly strained stretches) every day for 10 minutes working up to 45 minutes.
Just because you want to lose weight DOES NOT mean thT YOU ARE FAT, so if you arn't, don't think that you are. I know that sounds weird but, i hope i helped!
