Msn Unavalable!(sp)

Myy Msn won't sign in! I clicked on trouble shoot and everything is fine but it won't sign in! Whats wrong with it??!?!?! All 5s 4 a decent answer!!!

Sometimes the server is too busy and it's unable to retrieve your contact list. Just wait an hour or so and try again.

Oh wow. This always happens to me. I close MSN, and make sure it's gone from the little tool bar thing on the bottom of your screen. If it's not, right click on it and press exit. Try signing in again. If it doesn't work, disconnect your internet and try again. If THAT doesn't work, then restart your computer.
