what do I do if i want to be skinny, and everyone tells me im skinny and i really think they are just saying that i want to go onslimfast or something but my mom would never aproove of that she says i just need to work on my sit-ups and i aslo want to invole myself in sports but whenever i give her information she puts it on hold and i really want to be in a sport but im afraid by the time she lets me i'll be in a lower underage class while all of my friends are in higher levels help me please
you need to start with like 20 situps one night.. and try to do as many sets as you can .. make sure you work it hard and feel the burn .. cuz when you feel the burn in your muscles your burning fat
every night start doing more and more
dont eat and like chipps or pop .. pop is really easy to cut out if you try hard.. drink like lemonade instead.. yumm :)
also try to run a little everyday.. thats like one of the best things you can do
and member .. dont just do situpos everynight do pushups and other excercise ..and make sure to stretch too
dont give your self lame excuses not to work out
if you dont start now it could catch up on you when your older.. and you dont wanna be one of those fat people trying to lose weight ..when its wayy too late
