Its not the making out part im wondering about..Im wondering why hes going out with her when i know he has feelings for me too..I Need to do something because ive liked this same guy for 3 years and no matter how hard i try, I cant like anyone else.

Well, maybe he has feelings for this girl as well. It is possible to be attracted to more than one person at once. I don't really know the guy, so I can't say exactly what goes on in his head/heart. Talk to him about it if you have to, there's no harm in asking him.
