ok! i imed someone on AIM & they didn't have up an a/m er it wasn't in their profile, but when i imed them the a/m was up & it was a link for a angelfire site, & i was wondering if you could get a virus somehow. i didn't click it er anything but i heard there's some code you can put in your a/m that gives people virus's & i wasn't sure if that was true er not. nothing came up on my virus scan though. any ideas

So your computer is safe just don't click on that link unkess it's a friend you trust to keep their cpu clean and not to contaminate yours or test out a virus on yours. And, most of the time, you need to open it in order for the virus to really spread. So, by clicking on it, it could have given a virus. Since you didn't, odds are there is no virus. [ xXxpinky615xXx's advice column | Ask xXxpinky615xXx A Question ]
