so any ways, i have this friend that i use to like, and he nos it. well i dont like him any more, but i piss him off really bad. what should i do?

Why do you piss him off really bad? If you're friends, you shouldn't TRY to make him mad. If he is just pissed because he knows you used to like him, then thats his problem. If he cant accept that the past is the past, then hes not a good friend. Just try to act like normal friends and if things don't work out, then you'll just have to remember that you can't be friends with anyone.
