my dad and my mom are brokin up, and my dad and step mom fight all the time and i can't take it i hate her (step mom) she is so mean if my sister says something to me like "SHUT UP" and i say it back she gose tells her mom and the my stepmom tells my mom and i get in trouble and i want to spend more time at my moms now because of her but i love my dad and i want to be with him but not her! please help me!

just talk to your dad and tell him how ur stepmom is treating you, tell her to get off your grill and stop taking sides.

it must be hard to have someone new come into your family like that. just give it some time. maybe she'll lightend up, you just need to show her how nice and smart you are.
just act really nice to her and welcome her into the family.
i bet it's really hard for her too to come into a new family with a step daughter.
the best thing that you can do is talk to your mom(not step mom)and dad about it.
just try to get them together so that you can talk to them at the same time, but if they don't want to be together, then talk to them seperately.
tell your dad that you're glad to see him happy and everything, but you just think that you're stepmom is sort of mean to you.
say that you really love your dad A LOT, but you just can't live with him because of your stepmom, and so you want to live with your mom instead. also, just say some examples of how you're mom's been mean to you.
tell him that you've tried to get along with your stepmom, but you just can't stand it.
ask you mom if you can go live with her, and if she says yes but your dad sais no, then get your mom to persuade your dad into letting you stay with her.
i'm sure that if your mom really loves you, then she'll say that you can stay with her.

Talk to your Dad. Since he loves you try explaining things to him and your situation. When you see your Mom explain that you say it back to your sister andshe should get in trouble as equally as you do.
If all else fails and I know you don't want to but go and tell your Stepmom that its not fair you also get in trouble when your sis does the same thing.
