oOk welll...hmm first off.. how does he SORTA have a girlfriend? he either does or he doesn't. so you should probably just start a nice casual conversation and then ASK HIM whether or not he does. *or get a friend to do this*. if he says he doesnt, then just get to know him more *friend-wise* so you know you rEaLLy like him then tell him you do and then MAYBE he'll ask you out, woohoo!! hehe.
