i'm 17/f and i'm ok when i talk to one person at a time. but when there's more than one i get shy. its also ok when i am talking to my friends cos i know them. so, is there anything i can do to change this?

you juss have to be yourself & not worry about what people think of you. i mean juss focus on talking to people in larger groups. if you practice at it, you'll be fine. no matter what people are going to judge you. you juss gotta get used to it, & if you try being yourself around more & more people, it'll become easier for you to do. you juss need to work at it & thats all you can really do.
