Do yourself a favor... don't learn VB.. it's an almost
worthless skill to have when getting a GOOD programming job.

Notepad is a REALLY crappy program anyway.
If you're going to be a programmer...
Get into Linux. Tons of free programs that will
make your life SOOOOO much easier.
That and you'll be able to modify everything
to do what you want to make things even easier
for personal work on computers.

The fact that you barely have a grasp on English grammar definitely doesn't make me want to answer the question any more, either.
