i have known this boy brendan for 1 year and a half... ive liked him for 6 months... and loved him for 2. He knows i like him... and he gives me mixed signals. I think he may like my best friend adriana... but i am not sure... idk what to do about this..

Well for startes you could go up to him and ask him out on a date and see if he says yes. If he says yes then go from there. Or just go up to him and ask him if he likes this girl. Hope this helps.
