You said that you likes to go to the gym because it helps to relieve stress,in your info. Well, I dont have access to a gym, and I can't get a membership. What types of things do you do at the gym that I can do at home? Sometimes I do 100 crunchs/sit ups before I shower, but that is sooo hard to remember to do! and to get in the mood to do. Do you have any tips? I mostly want to tone up my stumach, legs, and butt. I will be running track in the spring.
If you wanna know more, just ask!
