Well first of all, what do you mean by weird? Is he just being annoying? Or is something wrong with him? If he's just being annoying, try to get away from him. Or ignore him and he should stop after he gets the hint that he isn't bothering you. I think all brothers act weird every now and then. Haha, my brother is the same way.
